Culinary Arts training in Connecticut at Lincoln Culinary Institute (LCI), a division of 91ÌÒÉ« Tech, can help prepare you for a career cooking, baking and prepping delectable cuisines inside beautiful, professional kitchens. Lincoln’s Culinary Arts school in Connecticut (located in Shelton, just outside New Haven and conveniently reached from I-95) is designed to help students enter the food service industry in the kitchens of dining establishments, resorts, catering halls, or as a personal/private chef.
In addition to learning a wide range of cooking techniques and professional skills, students also learn about menu planning, nutritional needs and more.
